• Whether NCAA, NAIA, NJACC, Military or the Corporate, we build our Wrestlers with the social, professional, and economic skills to be successful anywhere they go.
• Wrestlers will learn life skills through the natural "trial & error" process that is wrestling. Ask this question,

                    Can I win and still work to get better?

                    Can I lose but pick back up and continue 

                     toward your goal anyway?

                     Can adversity stop me?

• Our goal is also teaching natural movement and how to properly train, prepare for competition, recovery from training & competitions.
• MINDSET IS EVERYTHING. We focus highly on the mental game, mental toughness, self-care, as well as others.

• FUN IS MANDATORY!
• The most important element of Wrestling is having fun.
• We seek to not focus on wins rather developmental fun. However, the Wrestling foundation, rules, safety, and respective learning level takes priority.
• Though we have tough training days we also ensure to counter it with games, challenges, and outings to build morale & camaraderie.
• We strive to ensure Wrestler gain a love for our Sport, the lesser the stress the more likely for success.
